This page was created because of the unethical behavior of the company ThreadBeast. I found out first-hand that The Beast deletes any comments on their Facebook page that contains anything that is even remotely negative, making it seem like every one of their customer interactions is positive. That could not be farther from the truth, as I have found by conducting simple web searches. They've even taken to creating fake reviews on The Better business Bureau website recently, as there is a sudden flurry of positive reviews in the last month - bringing their 1-star average to a 3-star average. These people are outright scumbags.
They claim to personally select items based upon a style profile that you create. However, that couldn't be farther from the truth. In my communications, I explicitly stated that I did not want certain things. And, my first (and last) box came containing literally everything I asked not to send. They appear to buy surplus garbage that isn't selling in stores and pass it on to the unsuspecting consumer, all the while claiming that it's worth far more than reality.
Further, they have a no-return policy that they hide behind, which is buried within user terms that they themselves admit that requires a law degree to understand.
